TERMS OF USE — OUR MONEY Last Updated: May 30, 2026 Welcome to Our Money (the "App"), developed and operated by Meuz Atelier Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. 1. Description of Service Our Money is a personal finance and receipt tracking application that allows users to scan receipts, track expenses, and view local prices. 2. Accounts and Registration To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Subscriptions ("Our Money Insider") The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called "Our Money Insider" which unlocks premium features, including unlimited receipt scanning and full price visibility. Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan. Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. 4. User Content and Data You retain ownership of any receipts or financial data you input or scan into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a license to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. If you enable iCloud Backup, your data will also be stored in your personal iCloud account, subject to Apple's terms. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the App to: Violate any local, state, national, or international law. Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks. 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meuz Atelier Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 7. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 8.
